It has been reported in the New York Post that Jay-Z is considering selling stakes in his upscale sports bar, The 40/40 Club with Las Vegas casino company the Palazzo. This would make the 40/40 Club the largest sports booking company in the world. This would allow clients to gamble and bet on sports games. There are countless celebs who have attempted and failed to open restaurants or other business’. It seems that everything Jay touches turns into gold…

Following in the footsteps of his “big brother” Kanye West company, KW Foods LLC is planing on 74-seat Fat Burger in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois. This will be the first Fat Burger in the Chicago area. West is planning on opening three restaurants the first opening in September!

It has been rumored that Kanye West is in talks of purchasing the German clothing brand Jil Sander. This is on the heels of West being named on Vanity Fair’s famous Best Dressed List. For years Kanye has been known for his love of fashion and even toyed with the idea of starting his own line Pastel, which never came to fruition.

During Paris Fashion Week in February, West & Jil Sander creative director Raf Simons had the chance to talk and are interested in callaborating in the future.

Think wisely before your sign the deal Yezzy. Jill Sander has been praised critically for their designs but the brand is underperforming financially and is in need for someone to make the brand some profits.

And can Kanye afford it? The asking price is a whopping $235.5 million. And West has never released his net worth but an investment in Fashion may be a wise choice since the music industry and album sales are so fickle.

Kanye West should be so proud of his mother. Donda West passed last November. Her death which was preventable has inspired congress to pass legislation for patients to have an extensive physical prior to plastic surgery.

Donda had a preexisting condiditon which led to her death a day after her undergoing liposuction and mammoplasty.

So far the bill has passed in California and is being pushed in Florida and Canada.

Why so sad Kanye?

Another one bites the dust! Man we liked them sooo much together. People Magazine is reporting that Kanye West & Alexis Phifer have split. Ooh this has just demoted her status to C-List, if that!

And coming from Alexis’ quote it seems indefinite:

It’s always sad when things like this end, and we remain friends. I wish him the best in his future and all of his endeavors. He’s one of the most talented people I’ve ever met

Too bad, because it really seemed like Lexi balenced Yezzy out!

Well They’ve broken up before so hopefully this is temporary. Kanye is going through alot still grieving his mothers loss. All the while this is his most sucessful time of his career.

They’d been having problems, Kanye is really focused on his show; he’s putting everything into the show right now. Alexis is a nice girl, but Kanye has been going through a rough time. They hit a rough patch and for now they’ve split.

Alexis is also making a come up. Her new line Ghita was featured at a recent Vogue event and is taking off.

First off where is Kanye? We haven’t seen a single shot of him on the tour yet! Everyone is going out of there mind about this tour. The lighting, set design and costume are suppose to be cosmic. What else do you expect from Mr. West? Nothing but the best of course.
