It has been reported in the New York Post that Jay-Z is considering selling stakes in his upscale sports bar, The 40/40 Club with Las Vegas casino company the Palazzo. This would make the 40/40 Club the largest sports booking company in the world. This would allow clients to gamble and bet on sports games. There are countless celebs who have attempted and failed to open restaurants or other business’. It seems that everything Jay touches turns into gold…

Following in the footsteps of his “big brother” Kanye West company, KW Foods LLC is planing on 74-seat Fat Burger in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois. This will be the first Fat Burger in the Chicago area. West is planning on opening three restaurants the first opening in September!

Beyonce poses in Armani for the new edition of Fashion Rocks which will be sold as a supplement in Vogue, GQ, Allure, and Vanity Fair mags. It’s hard not to like a black a white classic shot, isn’t it? Ms. KnowlesCarter will be performing at the Fashion Rocks Awards September 5th.

The Carters have been globetrotting because of Jay-Z’s extensive tour. They were just in Nigeria for the Africa Rising Festival and they were recently spotted in Zurich, Switzerland celebrating at Jay’s after party. Now that he doesn’t have the gig at Def Jam taking most of his time Jay-Z has been exploring other business opportunities. He was recently in Berkely Square, London. He hosted an event with Armand de Brignac Champagne. That’s the champagne company he touted in his Show Me What You Got video.

He doesn’t seem to be stressed about the class action suit by over 20 employees of The 40/40 Club. The workers are claiming Jay swindled them out of over time, made them pay for breaks, and working for tips only. Sheesh! More money more problems…

The Carters were spotted on Thursday at their favorite restuarant Bar Pitti in the Village. Marriage looks good on the two of them. Beyonce looks very mature and grown womanish in her white summer esemble. There is no sign of a bump so those pregnancy rumors cant be laid to rest. For now!

The Cartershave finally arrived in Cannes, France. What took them so long? They were spotted in Nice leaving the airport yesterday. As you can see Beyonce is covered in Chanel once again. Do we smell another endorsement deal or partnership?

While in Cannes rumors are flying that Jay-Z is going to throw Bey a lavish party. Will yactching across Europe follow? We’ll have to wait and see.
