Via her Myspace Michelle Williams vented to fans about the current situation of her album and why it is being pushed back:

I am so sorry about the news of my album!!! Trust me……when they told me I was numb for two days and couldn’t talk to anybody!!! I had sooooooooooooo many questions of as to why they’d push my album back three weeks before the original release date!!!! I will be honest and say that I am disappointed becuz I feel like we should’ve been doing more 3 months ago to promote my album instead of waiting to the last minute to change the date!!!! I have thought about EVERYTHING!!! Columbia Records is saying that they need more time to properly set up the album to ensure its success!!! So let’s make some lemonade out of the lemons!!! This could very well be a blessing in disguise!!! Plus there are still many people who didn’t even know my album was coming out August 12th anyway. I know you guys are LIVID but let’s keep the energy POSITIVE!!!! Things will work out for the good!!!! I will still WIN!!!!!

We had no idea that the album was due out in August. And that is where the problem lies. Promotion! Get out there and show your face!

Academy Award winning actress Halle Berry filed a criminal complaint against California paparazzi who supposedly trespassed onto her property attempting to take photos of her new born daughter Nahla. When the photos hit the net they were said to be of Halle out and about in L.A. with her daughter and mother but they were actually in Halle’s garden! Talk about an invasion of privacy!

This is totally unacceptable and until we find out the real deal GIN will be removing the photos of baby Nahla. We’ll have to wait until Halle decides to share her daughter to the world instead of using unethical and drastic measures for obtaining a picture!

We thought she was dating race car driver Lewis Hamilton? Nicole Scherzinger and Ne-Yo cuddled and necked all night at Gnarls Barkley Release Party in L.A.

Maybe Ne-Yo can help Nicole release some music. Her first attempt at a solo project failed when her record label scrapped the entire thing…

Something is always going on with these two! Both Brooklyn born rappers were paid advance monies to write tell all books and have yet to put pen to paper. Foxy Brown recieved $75,000 to write her autobiography entitled Broken Silence to be released in 2006 after her release from prison. Meanwhile Lil’ Kim recieved $50,000 five years ago! Why did foxy get more dough than Kim? The publishing house, Simon & Schuster Inc. filed the lawsuits on Thursday.

Kim’s lawyers had this to say:

We are disappointed that Simon & Schuster has made the decision to file this lawsuit,” says Kim’s lawyer Bernard H. Jackson III. She has had every intention to fulfill her obligations under the agreement from day one but there were certain resources that are standard for any book publisher to provide that we felt were not available in order for her to complete the project. Many attempts have been made to resolve this matter privately by Kim and she still looks forward to doing so.

Foxy’s rep was unavailable for comment

Queen Latifah may be reprising her role of Motormouth Mabel in the hit musical Hairspray. None of the original cast had sequel clauses in their contracts or have signed on for the sequel but The Queen may want to consider. The film grossed over $100 million in the U.S. alone and over $200 million worldwide. New Line Cinema is pushing for the film to be released in theaters in mid-July of 2010.

This is for all you anime fans. Lucy Lui will join Samuel L. Jackson in the animated movie Afro-Samurai on Spike TV. Lui will lend her voice to a sadistic and seductive character that will be out to kill Jackson’s character the Afro-Samurai. The movie will premiere on Spike TV in January 2009.

Contrary to tabloid reports, there is no engagement. This was a complete fabrication.

That is all a rep had to say in behalf of entertainment mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs in regard of his relationship with 21 year old R&B singer Cassie. But the rep didn’t say they weren’t dating. Here is what Cassie had to say at DJ Cassidy’s Birthday Party on July 9th:

We are not together, but we are definitely friends… We work hard together, so it makes a good combo.

What does that mean?! We can never remember Diddy releasing a statement before for all his many rumored tryst. Why now, and whats with all this ambiguity?
