It appears Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are ready to make beautiful music together.

A source close to Mariah has confirmed that she is engaged to Nick Cannon.

The couple sent the rumor mill into overdrive when 38-year-old Mariah (with Nick on her arm) was seen sporting a dazzling new piece of bling on her ring finger at the after party for her Tribeca film, “Tennessee,” in New York.

When asked at the party what he loved about Mariah, 27-year-old Nick gave a one-word answer.

“Everything,” he told People.

Nick was previously engaged to model Selita Ebanks in 2007. However, the couple called off the engagement that same year.

It is rumored that both engagement rings are the same. We hope that is not true.

Meagan Good showed up to Estelle’s album release party. Meagan will be co-starring in The Love Guru with Justin Timberlake, Mike Myers and Jessica Alba. Hopefully she wont be playing the typical cute girlfriend role.

We were expecting to see Kanye there but he is still on tour. Ryan Leslieand new singer Jenny Bapst were also in attendance.
