Wesley Snipes, 45 is going to prison for failing to file his tax returns. Dang he’s only 9 days late! Sike.

When the verdict was read it is reported that the courtroom gasped! He was sentenced 3 years in prison! PLUS a 5 million dollar fine! Snipes says:

I’m very sorry for my mistakes and errors. I apologize to my family, the court and the community, I’ve asked the court to show me mercy and the opportunity to make things right.

Make things right? Cough up the change and hand it over to Uncle Sammy! But seriously we are hoping for the best for you Snipes. He has 5 children! Keep your head up.
